Don't worry about the status on line. It is not 100% accurate. My I140 was approved last year and I got my GC last year too. However, my I140 status on line is still as follows as today:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on June 25, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
