485 pending and security check

140 AD: 03/2005
FP: 05/2005
LUD: 07/19/2005
Call the USCIS a week ago because outside prosessing date and get a letter today form USCIS. It says my case was delayed because they are waiting for required security checks. Any suggestions for next steps?
