Finally, as I check my express mail's number today, they sent it out yesterday. my anwser to you is yes, I should receive no later than tomorrow.(it takes them almost three of four day to print out your visa, I just cann't believe their work process. but I cann't complain much about it, b/s we are foreigner and don't have gc lah...

P.S For those folks who submitted your H-1 revalidation in DC, here is my experience, submitted Aug 25, and they send it back Dec 11.
