Please help RN Green Card

I was told the VisaScreen certificate doesn't need to be filed with 485 but must be submited at the adjudication time of 485. Due to the current processing time of 485 (about two years), what time is the possible 485 adjudication time? After fingerprinting or right before interview? Please help!! Thanks.
