我想问一个问题, 我之前因为L1b签证到期一个月前搬到了加拿大但是还是同一个雇主,就是做的内部的transfer. 单位的计划是让我在加拿大工作一年再回去. 我的绿卡的priority date是2019年2月14日.我看已经快要排到我了. 我想问一下我如果在加拿大提交绿卡申请需要公司提供什么材料. 如果我想在11个月之后再回美国的话是不是Eb-3的进度排到我了就可以让公司提交申请还是要等到11个月后才能提交申请.

-Your company need to submit I-824 to USCIS to ask USCIS forward the approved I-140 to National Visa Center for process for you to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada. This process may take for one year or more.

Another choice is that you return to US to file I_485 when the proirity date is current, then apply for advance parole to travel to work in Canada. But you need to come back to US to conduct the figerprinting and interview.
