请问8老师，

2010年，我第一次办无犯罪记录证明，没有递交申请， 但是我曾于2013 年回国一个月， 之后一直待在美国， 

请问如果我现在想提交枫叶卡申请，是要重新在国内办一次无犯罪记录证明吗?
-I don't know the Canadian immigration law, but if this document is needed,  you do not need to do it again from China because temporary travel outside US (less than 6 months) does not matter at all. Of course, you need to get the police clearance certificate from the local Police Department in US.
