1 是不是马上得申请B2签证维持身份？

2 如果B2 pending期间找到新工作，能马上申请H1B Transfer?
-Yes. But need the employer to file I-129 and get it approved by USCIS before you work.
还是保险起见申请TN?
-TN is much simple/easy because you just need to get the TN I-94 at the US-Canada border, not need the employer to file I-129.
3 一般如果B2在pending,找到下家能不能马上递交H1B或TN申请？如果不能，
能不能在B2 pending期间马上到加拿大美国边境签TN？
-Yes. Your child also needs to go there to get TD with you.
4 理论上B类签证孩子是不可以在这里上学的，那么B2 pending期间孩子是不是能继续上学，还是得马上回加拿大上学？孩子们还在上小学，这个问题最让我心焦。
