请问小白兔：是否可以同时持有美国和新西兰的绿卡

我的美国绿卡去年批准，新西兰的绿卡今年批准。
维持新西兰的绿卡只需要在头两年内的每年各呆184天就可维持永远永久居民身份，也就是不用坐移民监了。或者每年只要呆14天，就可保持居民身份。

我的本意是每年这边冬天的时候去新西兰旅游几个月，因为那边是夏天。

问了一下公司的律师，律师不建议这样做，原因是再入境美国时移民官会询问，到时就会有问题。但同时，她也说，只要每次出行在180天以下，就不会有问题。所以，我的理解是实际上还是一个风险自负的回答。原文如下：

Since it is less than six months, we do not anticipate that you will have difficulty re-entering the US based upon the time spent abroad.

Regarding NZ green card, this is more problematic. I cannot advise you on the requirements for NZ Residency; however US residency could be jeopardized by the NZ residency. The US could ask how you can be residing in two locations permanently and this could be a basis for problems on re-entry.

I doubt you could maintain both.

问题在于：能否因为我同时持有新西兰绿卡，同时没有违反任何维持美国绿卡的规定，就吊销或试图吊销美国绿卡？
