I think what xiaobaitu means is that you applied for temporary vistior visa but change your status once you get into the country. That clearly tells the US government the lack of credibility in you or your documents. It is be almost impossible for you to get any visa of any kind outside of US. You will be lucky to get H1 in US and start to work. But you may have to wait for a long time to get your GC and then go anywhere you want to go, like home.
