Tokyo hotel suggestions

Going to stay in Tokyo for 2 day and 1 night, going arrive/leave Narita airport, any good suggestions of hotel ? I have a carry on bag.
Is Hilton Narita good in terms of location if I use subway. I don't want to take Taxi.
