颈部压迫感，持续夜间背疼，吞咽障碍，声音嘶哑，有时呼吸困难。终于见了呼吸科医生，医生让做CT，到了医院才知道主要是查肺与心脏间的血管是否有血栓，整个扫描的时间似乎不到5分钟。 发现少量心包积液，（心脏本身没问题）。我关心的是是否有肺的病变（家人中有四个肺腺癌）， 不知这样的扫描对肺是不是充分检查到了。那呼吸科医生说他不看也不懂癌肺， 但肺部因该也都扫到了，没有显示有东西。家庭医生似乎认为心包积液完全不是问题，都没提到过。请问有没有可能跟甲状腺结节有关？有没有可能肺部还是有什么情况没有在这个CT检查中反应出来？请问我有什么该做的和有什么需要注意的？还是只好等着他们一步一步来。国内也没人可帮得上。

Opinion: No pulmonary embolus. Small pericardial effusion. Hepatic masses are not well evaluated on this study and are of uncertain etiology. In the absence of a known malignancy, statistically they would most likely represent hemangiomas. Suggest correlation with ultrasound if these have not been previously assessed.
