我走出抑郁以后,对抑郁症的来源,起因和治疗产生了浓厚兴趣。网上找到不少文献和书籍。多人提到 Dr.Ross. 我就买了两本。这两本书有不少重叠,一本就会把好多问题搞定。两本书中的各种补药主要是氨基酸类(amino acid)。我在amazon上买了她提到的一些补药,简直救命了。帮助去除或缓解我的其它身体不适和情绪问题。后悔没有早早读到她的书。 真心希望人们早日读到她的书以解除病痛包括精神疾病。
