我的胆固醇体检结果

Total cholesterol: 240

Triglycerides: 55

HDL (healthy cholesterol): 76

LDL ("bad" cholesterol): 153

 

我的医生说

Although your total cholesterol is slightly elevated, your healthy cholesterol is outstanding, making your ratios quite normal

但我对照标准值，total cholesterol已经非常高了，而且是在年年升高，我是不是应该注意饮食了？以前我吃很多蔬菜，也喜欢吃，但现在跟着家里其它人一起吃很多肉，是不是这个原因，还是年龄增大的原因？或者两者都有？
