哈哈，好，我也希望是臆想症而已，但是这些痛都是实实在在的。

我的朋友现在也不太相信我的痛了。他们认为是心理因素造成的。

我本以为心血管没事就万事大吉了，可是偏偏来了个小阴影，然后就咳嗽，后背痛。当然，我也知道，8毫米的阴影不可能造成后背痛，也不可能造成咳嗽，但是这些事情偏偏同时发生。

我同意你，我确实应该放假、旅游放松放松了
