小孩4岁半，近三个月一直咳嗽，断断续续，有时伴有低烧，临晨时分咳嗽最为剧烈。看了几次儿医，前后连续使用阿莫西林和头孢治疗，一直得不到彻底治愈。这两天咳嗽加重。刚刚收到医生发来的最新肺片报告，辛苦大家帮忙看一下，给我一些经验指导。我好接下来朝正确有效的方向帮孩子治疗。先在这儿拜谢大家！

肺片报告如下：

AP and lateral chest radiograph from 11/22/2017  compared to September 25, 2017

CLINICAL HISTORY: cough x 1 month; had pneumonia in 9/17

FINDINGS: Increased peribronchial edema suspected which can be seen with viral or reactive airway disease. In addition, increasing opacity seen in the right medial upper lung likely atelectasis with peribronchial edema. Developing pneumonia or early
bronchiectatic changes possible. Clinical correlation.

No effusion or air leak. Cardiac silhouette is appropriate. No splenomegaly. Stool-filled splenic flexure noted.

IMPRESSION: Findings likely related to viral or reactive airway disease. Increasing opacity and possibly early bronchiectatic changes seen in the right upper medial lung as described above
