请教医学达人，关于脑部肿块，先xun谢谢大家关注

老爸，最近发现脑子里有个东西，可能是瘤子。

近一年来，他有时会头痛，痛时出汗，不吐，一般持续一天，就好转。两月前，看医生后，做了磁共振，发现有东西，医生让做了全身的ct扫描，都没问题。

Impression:

Nonspecific T2 flair hyperintense 2×2×2cm predominantly T2 hyperintense mass identified within  and distending the fourth ventricle with somewhat scalloped borders. No associated dilatation of the lateral or third ventricles. Primary differential consideration include subependymoma, ependymoma, astrocytoma,and epidermoid cyst( diffusion pattern atypical).Correlation with postcontrast MRi imaging is suggested.

第一次核磁共振的结论

Impression:

Previously described lesion in the fourth ventricle shows no associated enhancement.

Considerations include subependymoma and a postinfectious/inflammatory cyst. No hydrocephalus at this time.

这是第二次做核磁共振的报告

他最近几个月，头痛的症状减轻很多，脑科医生做的普通检查都正常，没有头晕，呕吐的症状。

但是去年，他眼底出血，发现后立刻用激光，封住了出血处，出血止住了，眼底的出血也很快被吸收了，视力恢复的不错。

我的问题

1.他两次做核磁共振，显示肿块的大小不同。是不是不同机器的事

第一次是用 ：A 3-Teala magnet system

第二次用:A.1.5 Tesla magnet system

 

问题2：这个肿块会不会是脑部出血？因为眼部有过出血

问题3：脑瘤的发展会不会是立即性的，比如心肌梗死。

能不能先不动手术，先观察，根据病情发展情况，再定？因为他现在感觉不错，手术有各种意外。
