食疗确实可以治疗高血压

我太太以前每天一片降压药，吃了大约有三年了。后来我鼓励她去gym跳操，平时拉她去菜地干活。每年四月到十月吃自家菜地的有机菜。特别是一种野菜：苦苣菜是她的最爱，我们在菜园子中专门留一块地长苦苣菜，保证它每天都可上桌。至于大鱼大肉，基本上还是照吃。现在她已经摆脱降压药两年多了。
