请教太极对瘦身降血糖帮助大吗?瑜伽之外是否有必要增加太极?

之前几年在健身房规律做瑜伽,瑜伽的好处体会到了。降血糖心切,看到adult school有杨式太极课,周二周四一个半小时。不了解太极,想知道太极对瘦身降血糖帮助大吗?每周需要练多长时间才有功效?瑜伽之外是否有必要增加太极?

以前没留意,连college居然也有太极课,看姓氏和adult school可能是同一位老师。
