痔疮手术后不排便，怎么办？谢谢关注

上周四做了痔疮手术，术后每天吃泄药，正常吃饭，水果，到目前为止还没有排便。我基本上是外痔，现在肛门周围都是肿的，怎么办呢？医生非常强调要排便！
