Diagnosis:
A. Stomach, antrum, biopsy: Chemical gastropathy with intestinal
metaplasia. Negative for dysplasia.

B. Duodenum, biopsy: No significant abnormality.
History:
Procedure: Upper GI Endoscopy. Indications: Epigastric abdominal pain.
Endoscopic Impression: Z-line regular, at the gastroesophageal junction. A
single small papule (nodule) with no bleeding and no stigmata of recent
bleeding was found in the stomach. Chromoscopy performed. Biopsied. Normal
examined duodenum. Biopsied. Please see UGI endoscopy report.

Gross Description:
A. "Stomach - antrum" Two soft tissue bits, 0.2 cm. (2ns)
B. "Duodenum - 2nd part" Received in formalin are four soft tissue bits
ranging in size from 0.3
cm to 0.4 cm. (4ns)
