刚才下面有位朋友说葵花籽油多不饱和脂肪酸高,单不饱和脂肪酸低。这是一般书本的说法。

在真实的世界里,不说别的因素,只说葵花籽的品系。

的确有高多不饱和脂肪酸(Omega 6)的品系,但也有平衡品系和高单不饱和脂肪酸品系。都是葵花籽,数据可以有本质区别。
