Immidiate dental implant

Hello all, has anyone had immediate dental implant done?
My dentist told me that he and his partner can get one of my tooth implant done in one hour (this includes extraction, implant and provisional crown). The provisional crown would stay for about 4 - 6 months before it will be replaced by the permanent crown. My question is - Does the provisional crown look good? Since I will take one month vacation in China in October, if it looks bad then I would do it after come back from China.
