no matter normal kids or special kids

what tiger mother did is the right way as parents suppose to do. in us, special education, parents and teachers spend a lot of effort to help the kids to get independent. do you think they should not to do it, just let some those kids to depend on public service.
i saw the huge difference that parents give up and not give up.
