我的H1B今年8月到期，我去年6月回国了一次， 所以护照上面美领馆贴的那页纸写着6月12日过期。我今年打算再回国一次，计划6月回去7月再回来。移民律师告诉我说 ”you WILL NOT be applying to get your visa stamped while in China. You can only do that if you have a new approval notice”。但是我美领馆上的那页写着6月12日过期，是不是我的律师搞错了呀？
