8 老师好，请问8老师，我的h1-b 第一个3年今年9月到期，是否应该马上准备资料递交renew? 我想今年5月中旬再提交，来得及吗？因为目前还在考虑是否跳槽，万一太早交了renew, 又要transfer h1-b,两个案子是不是会conflict?
