请教8老师，我刚刚回中国签H4, 老公797上的时间是从 2017.11 到 2020.9，而我的H4签证从2018.1 到 2019.1。他从2015年学生签证转到现在H1身份一直都没有回国，我现在签证上显示的是他A公司的信息，但他现在马上2月份要换到B公司，我想问如果我们俩今年11月份回国，他要去换H1签证的时候我可不可以重新去跟他签H4(虽然我的签证没有过期，但是我的签证上显示的是旧公司的信息，所以在想能不能跟他一起去换一个签证)。

-The duration of your stay in US depends on your H-4 I-94, not the H-4 visa stamp which is just used for entry to US only. You just need to file H-4 extension within USA before your H-4 I-94 expires even if after your H-4 visa stamp expires. If you leave US, you need to get a new H-4 visa to come back if your old H-4 visa expires.
