-Nothing. The school international scholar office will take care of it.

需要寄给移民局吗？
-No. The school just need to report it in SEVIS system.
以后申请H1b 或者 绿卡的时候，会被移民官要求提供这个新表不需要waiver的证据吗？
-No.
