请问老师， 刚收到律师通知说我的PERM (Labour certificate) filing 暂停了， 因为四月份公司有Layoff， 要等到11月份再看， 这期间再没有Layoff的话，才可以re-filling。我的H1-B明年六月就到期了，我是加拿大公民身份，H1之前拿过TN。请问，我能有什么办法保住工作身份？
