第二个三年H1B即将到期，正准备申请O-1和EB-1B中，要是在H-1B过期前，没提交上O1
的129表或者EB-1B的140，请问能享有60天的grace period?
-The grace period of 60 days is for the H-1 holder whose job is terminated before the H-1 I-94 expires (the I-94 has at least 60 days to be expired). If your H-1 I-94 expires,, you only have the grace period of 10 days, not 60 days, and you need to leave US in 10 days.
