请教8老师,H1B transfer 被拒绝

现在的H1B tranfer刚被拒绝，是不是就没身份了?如果短期内再找到一份支持H1B的工作，是不是不能在美国境内申请transfer 了, 要回国签证(H1)？

或者现在马上申请学校读书，转F1,要回国签F1还是可以在美国境内申请转F1？
