情况是这样的，我在网上已经看到有人在申请H1b时被移民局告知由于使用学校发的day1 CPT而导致F1当即失效，结果H1b Approved，但是Change of Status Denied，只有在美国境外H1b Visa Stamp才可以。也就是说在申请H1b以前，是在按规定使用CPT并保持F1身份没必要申请Reinstate。所以我的问题是在Change of Status已经被拒的情况下，我要Reinstate F1成功，是否可以再申请Change of Status而不用回国Stamp?
