我2014年9月入学（正规学校）开始MS学位，同年10月开始使用CPT全职工作至今（2015年8月至2016年2月未使用）。到这个学校前已经在其他学校保持了两年的F1身份。
在现在学校入学未满一年使用CPT是否会影响H1B批准？
-Ask your school whether you were qualified for the CPT (i.e. whether F-1 is affected). If your F-1 status is not affected, you are qualified for H-1 application.
如果RFE要求提供学校资料证明CPT为学位integral part等情况，感觉现任律师经验不足，换更有经验的律师是否有必要？
最重要的，如果H1B批了，但因为违规使用CPT导致F1当即失效，所以change of status拒了且要求我办stamp，我是否可以在美国申请F1 reinstate，
然后直接在美国申请change of status从F1转成H1B?-Your H-1 status application will not be approved if your F-1 status is invalid. Technically, you can apply for the F-1 reinstatement within US if you meet the requirements. Talk to your school.
或者是否可以从加拿大申请stamp?-Probably no.
由于特殊原因我无法回中国，有什么办法可以不用回国办理stamp吗？
