8老师你好，针对最近USCIS公布的关于暂缓H1B加速处理的消息，我有几个新的问题（全部是针对cap-exempt H1B来说）

1. 如果I-129已经提交的话，I-907是允许在10月重新开放premium processing的时候再单独提交上去的，对吗？

-Yes, if the premium processing is available at that time. But we don't really know when USCIS will allow the premium processing again.

2. 最近和即将入职的学校联系，被告知H1B办理时间需要11个月左右，其中包括

• Prevailing Wage Determination （2.5-3个月）
• Labor certification （10个工作日）
• Wait time for H1B approval （8个月）

2-（1）请问这里有哪些部分可以进一步缩短处理时间？

-Yes, Prevail wage determination for H-1 can be done online in a few minutes (not need DOL approval), not several months which is for PERM filing (i.e. green card application). Normally H-1 petition can be approved in about 3 months.

2-（2）有什么办法可以敦促学校方面做internal Prevailing Wage Determination吗？-See above.

2-（3）今年五月才毕业，现在可以让即将入职的学校进行Prevailing Wage Determination吗？-The school can file H-1 petition now and put the H-1 effective date on August, the semester start date. Talk to the lawyer.

3. 如果USCIS进一步暂缓premium processing导致只能走普通通道，那么根据学校方面给的时间表，很有可能在我OPT失效（2018.7月初）之前H1B都不能批下来，请问有备选方案可以让我明年暑假继续留在这边合法工作吗？-No.
