请教一下，我目前正要提交由L1 tranfer to H4的case, 但也有可能过2-3个月回趟国直接办理H4签证。我的问题是如果我已经在美国提交了由L1 tranfer to H4的case，在case approve前回国办理H4签证，会有什么影响吗？
-Then, your pending change of status application will be void, but it does not matter to you because you can apply for the H-4 visa to come back, anyway.
如果有需要注意什么？
-Nothing special. You may bring the I-539 receipt notice (change of status applicaiton receipt) with you in case the VO ask your status in US.
另外我因工作原因，近6年没有回国，而且回国后打算辞职，在办理签证时处于无工作状态，这些因素会对H4 签证有什么负面影响吗？
-No as long as your spouse keep the H-1 status valid (i.e. have a job with H-1 status).
