因为我自己最了解自己的痛苦处境，想自己给移民官解释自己的处境，恳求移民官 forgive out of status，给 I-94, 可行不？

-It is useless for you to do such 恳求. Just provide what the RFE asked. If the RFE addressed to the employer, then the employer or the laywer needs to deal with it, not you.

或者自己写好稿件，然公司的 HR 发给移民官？

-If HR agrees you to draft the repsonse letter and they sign it, the it is OK. But make sure you know how to write it, and also provide what the RFE asked.
