H1B抽中后，sevis变成pending。H1B被拒后，是不是同时sevis就变成inactive，而没有了opt两个月的宽限期，无法转校了？
-If your change of status application from F-1 (OPT) to H-1 is denied, your status is still F-1 and you still have the grace period of 60 days after the OPT expires. Talk to your school International Student Office.
