1.h1b transfer的129和h4延期的539一起file的時候，寫129的cover letter裏要不要把539form和附件一起寫進去。

2. 如果分成2個case，沒有h1b的receipt，uscis上寫的要吧129form作為539的附件放進去，那這樣是不是要交2份一樣的129form？另外因為h1btransfer還加延期，現在的i94隻到17年3月，能延期的18年，所以想h4也延期到18年。
