请教8老师：About H4 transfer

8老师您好！

请教您几个问题，我考虑从L1 transfer to H4 同时申请EAD。请问可以用premium process并同时提交吗如果同时提交是否可以同时获得H4身份和EAD？我担心EAD比H4晚1-2月才能得到，期间我不能工作。
