i94九月底到期。

-What kind of I-94, F-1?

如果这之前H1B rfe被拒了的话，在九月底到十一月底之间（两个月的Grace Period）找到学校申请I20，身份上有没有Gap，需不需要回国激活签证？

-If you means the I-94 is F-1, then you can go back to the school during the grace period. Talk to the school International Student Offce.
