7月28日被裁，当天 termination date， 工作Offer 明天一早到，学习了8老师对于其他朋友问题的回答，我的理解是30日之内file H1-B transfer 应该问题不大，我明天开始和律师做Transfer，估计28日file 上去有点悬，要看HR 和律师的速度，律所的主管律师明天还不在。律师说有可能要回中国签证（现在还不是特别理解为什么要回中国签证，去加拿大或墨西哥签不是近很多吗？）

看到8老师解答前面的问题时好像提到 可以 Premium Processing，不知道Premium Processing 对于降低回国签证的概率的作用大不大。

我现在最关心的是宝宝太小，飞回国对宝宝的是身体太折腾，不太好。如果不Premium Processing, 这个case 最终移民局处理下来可能要几个月的时间，到时候如果需要回国签证，宝宝已经稍微长大一点了，五个月小孩的小孩长途飞行要比两三个月 的小孩承受能力要稍微好点吧。 如果 Premium Processing, 很快就知道结果，如果需要回国签证的话很快就要动身，宝宝还太小，不知道不 Premium Processing 会不会为宝宝多争取一点长途飞行之前的成长时间。当然如果Premium Processing 可以减少被要求回国签证的概率的话我还是很愿意考虑的。
-Then, you don't need to use the premium proicessing. You can work for the emplolyer after the H-1 transfer petitioon is filed. If the H-1 petition approval has no I-94 a few months later, then you can go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. But as I always say, filing H-1 transfer in about 30 days probably will get the full approval (i.e. the approval has I-94), so youy may not need to go to China to get the H-1 visa in your case.
