请问8老师，我可以在用了L1B之后再用H1B吗？具体情况如下。谢谢8老师！
我是美国拿的硕士，在2009年10月1日开始的H1B，于2014年回中国子公司。原定于今年10月以H1B回美国总公司，但是今年H1B未抽中。我的EB2绿卡会在10月开始办， 但是现在EB2 要排期6年以上。公司给了我两种方法回美国， 让我自己决定。
1. 用余下的H1B （1年10个月），在H1B过期前365天交上PERM，然后H1B可以1年1年延期。等140批准，可以3年3年延期。
2. 走L1B，然后明年继续抽H1B。因为L1B有5年，我可以抽5次。
如果抽中，新的H1B 有6年。-Depends. Total L-1B plus H-1B is 6 years, so if you get the new H-1B quota 3 years later after you work with L1B, then the new H-1B only has 3 years.
我是倾向于第二条路，因为EB2排期太长了，如果H1B抽中又会有6年。但是因为L1B不能换雇主，在没有抽到H1B前如果被裁，我将失去身份。我的问题是如果被裁，我可以转回H1B，用前一个剩下的H1B为下一个雇主工作吗？

If you have worked with L1B status for one year plus 10 months, you can not use the left H-1B (from your prior H-1B) because the total time of L-1B and H-1B together is 6 years (the time of your L1B status and your prior H-1B will be counted together). In other words, from the time you can work point of view, using L1B is equal to using your prior H-1B in the case you described. So, probably you may have to get the new H-1 quota if you are laid of.
