-Not need to say anything about this kind of thing. You need to get the employment verification letter from your current employer and your recent paycheck stubs (e.g. the paycheck stubs of Jan to June this year) for the H-1B visa application interview. Also bring the copies of tax retruns and W-2 Forms since you worked as the H-1 holder, just in case.
还有一个技术问题：
我现在已经是H1b第三年了，一直在学术界工作，如果明年换成industry的工作，新单位还可以给我六年的新签证吗？
-Total regular H-1 is 6 years no matter how many employers you work. But if you have the approved I-140 (e.g. current I-140 is approved), then you can extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year H-1 limit indefinitely as long as the I-140 is not withdrawn by the sponsor no matter which employer you work later. By the way, if you want to work for an industrial company, you need to get the H-1 quote (that is not easy).
