请问8老师

8老师您好，

请教你几个问题。我的一个朋友H1B 6年9月到期，目前140已经approved，但是因为公司买卖，140正在作amending，amending 的case处于pending中，目前公司要求他 relocation到别的州，考虑到家庭的原因并且排期未到，所以他想换工作，如果找到新的工作，可以同时做H1B transfer和延期吗？pending中的140 amending case对换工作有什么影响吗？对于这种case您好什么好的建议吗？
