请问8老师: 美国国内OPT转H1B的流程及准备材料? 公司是一家老美的小公司，从来没办过，是首次答应为员工(我朋友)办OPT转H1B。我朋友想知道：H1B签证需要什么样的条件，准备什么材料及申办流程。多谢8老师！
-The employer should be qualifed for filing H-1 petition, but the employer can not file H-1 petition for him until April 1, 2016 (there is not H-1 quote before that date), and the H-1 will be effective on Oct. 1, 2016. Because this company is small and has no H-1 petition experince, he had better find a lawyer to help him.
