我11月准备回国休假三周，上次也问过您回国签证时的问题。我想再问问，VO问我10月25日到1月9日开始上学前这段out of status，或者整个10月25日到4月4日的out of status的理由时，我是否应该如实回答“失业后联系学校准备当学生，之后得到了不可拒绝的工作机会后决定退学”？
还是“计划从工作转回学校，继续学习一段时间，然后得到了不可拒绝的工作机会后决定退学？”
-Good one. Normally they will not ask you such a question because you don't have illegal stay record. 'Out of Status" does not mean unlawful presence. Bring all of your H-1 approval notices and the copies of H-1 I-94 (old and new) and the all paycheck stubs of 2014, just in case.
因为听说绝对不能跟VO撒谎，否则会有很大麻烦...所以才会有如此问题。
