我最近拿到一个offer，今天刚post了lca。我原定下周四回国两周结婚，现在还有现公司的有效visa stamp。请问下这种情况，我如果回国的话，会影响我的H1B transfer吗？
-If you go to China just for two weeks, you had better not file the H-1 transfer until you retrun to US using current H-1 approval notice. Otherwise, it will result in very complicate situation. For example if you do not work for your current employer after you come back, you can not return to US until your H-1 transfer is approved, etc.
You do not need to get the new H-1 visa stamp if it does not expire when you return no matter whether you will work for the old or new employer.
