帮朋友请教8老师：男主有H1B签证，也有绿卡，女主怕国内CP太慢，她能先申请H4来了以后再申请绿卡吗？

还是她必须得国内申请绿卡？
-She may try whether she can get the B2 visa to enter US though it is somewhat difficult. If no, she may apply for the immigration visa in China. By the way, were they married before the 男主 got the green card? If yes, the 男主 needs to file I-824 for her to get the immigration visa in China by following to join, which will allow her to get the immigration visa much quickly.  Otherwise, the 男主 needs to file I-130, which will take a long time for her to get the green card.
