俺现在持H1B身份，还有1年半才到期。但最近想换雇主，有几个问题不太清楚，特请教皮匠、小白兔、8老师等各位前辈：

1. 听说只要新公司递交H1B Transfer申请就可以开始工作，没有必须等到Transfer批准，是吗？

-Correct.

2. 在新公司递交H1B Transfer的过程中，需要原公司提交什么材料吗？

-No. You only need to provde teh copy of your current H1 approval notice with the I-94 and your current 3 month paycheck stubs to your new employer for the H1 transfer petition.

3. H1B Transfer需要多长时间？

-About 3 months normally.

可以加急吗？

-Yes. But not need it if not necessary.

4. H1B Transfer有没有被拒的可能？

-Everything is possible.

如果一切材料都为真实的，被拒的可能性大吗？

-No. Very small.

5. 如果在递交H1B Transfer后，但在批准前就开始为新雇主工作，但最后H1B Transfer被拒，身份处于什么状态？

-You are out of status. But I don't think you need to worry too much, and just like that you don't need to worry about that you may have an acident when you drive every day.
