如果同时申请H1B延期和O1，都获批准的话，以什么签证为准呢？

如果拿到O1，会对申请EB1A有帮助吗？

-I think so.

如果H1B六年用完，转为O1，在O1期间找到公司工作的话，是公司继续延期O1呢，还是可以申请H1B延期呢？

-He can not extend his H1 anymore unless he extend it beyond the 6 year limit at this time/now.

并不是所有公司都能申请O1的，有名额限制，对吗？

-O1 has no 名额限制.

我原贴最后的问题是说，身份转换是否需要我们去跟USCIS更新，还是他们自动就会在NIW申请的案子上自己更新。

-He needs to provide the copy of his NIW I-140 filing receipt with the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit. If applying for O1, not need to provide anything about the NIW I-140 filing because O1 filing has nothing to do with the I-140.
