等现公司帮我延了三年再换工作是不是能少点麻烦？延期后再换工作，是不是就不用担心公司withdraw the approved I-140？

-Correct, you can get another 3 year H1 and then, do H1 transfer. But if the I-140 is withdrawn later, you can not use it to extend your H1 again when your H1 expires again unless your new employer file another PERM/I-140 for you..
